Bobi, the world's oldest dog has died

Bobi, the Rafiero do Salentejo, was the world's oldest dog and he was the oldest dog ever on record. He lived 31 years and 165 days. The next closest in age was a dog who lived 29 years and who died almost a century ago. He lived his whole life with the same family on the west coast of Portugal.

Bobi was a beautiful old dog. He spent his whole life with the same loving family.
After 31 years, they are really going to miss him. They won't be able to remember a time before Bobi was part of their lives.
I am sure after all these years there must be many friends waiting for him at the rainbow bridge. Run free like a young pup again Bobi.
