Moose thanks man who rescues him from Halloween decorations

A moose wandered onto someone's lawn with Hallowe'en decorations tangled in his antlers. They were even blocking his eyes. The moose walked up to the fence so they could safely get close to him. They were able to pull the stuff off and free the moose. He stood there a moment and then he put his face over the fence and let his rescuer pet him.

Can you imagine being that close to a moose. How about petting him. That is a once in a lifetime experience. 
The moose understood who helped him. I wonder if he approached people because he knew they could help him.
That is quite possible.
