Pudding and Popcorn, best guinea pigs ever

Just before the covid lockdowns someone adopted two guinea pigs, Pudding and Popcorn. They ended up rescuing her as much as she rescued them.
The extreme isolation was hard on people who lived alone. These piggies were there every day and they made it hard to feel totally alone.
Sadly they both died at five years old, but they were there when they were needed.

My guinea pigs are in my kitchen and I sit facing them when I eat, especially breakfast. It is our special time together.
I can see how her boys kept her going. Letting them free roam the living room would have been so much fun.
Sadly they do have short lives and if they are close you usually lose both if one goes.
Her new piggies won't be the same, but they will be fun. Piggies are always fun.
