That is a very good list of foods an African Grey needs. Clearly it is a bit of work to feed an African Grey. They have complex dietary needs.
It is worth doing it right so you can have a healthy happy parrot. African Greys have a long life span. That long life should be a healthy one and eating right is very much a part of that.

This is true of all our pets. It is important that we feed them right.

Recipe: Nutrient-Rich Parrot Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup mixed leafy greens (kale, spinach, Swiss chard)
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup diced bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
1/2 cup chopped broccoli florets
1/4 cup cooked quinoa
1/4 cup cooked chickpeas
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon flaxseeds or chia seeds
1/4 cup chopped unsalted almonds (optional)
1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions:

Wash all vegetables thoroughly and chop them into small, bite-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the leafy greens, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, cooked quinoa, and chickpeas.
Add the chopped parsley, flaxseeds or chia seeds, and unsalted almonds (if using) to the bowl.
Drizzle the coconut oil (if using) over the salad mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
Serve the nutrient-rich parrot salad in your parrot's food dish and encourage them to enjoy this healthy and delicious meal.
Note: Ensure that all ingredients are bird-safe and free from any additives, seasoning, or dressing that could be harmful to your African Grey Parrot. Monitor your parrot's reaction to new foods and adjust the recipe as needed based on their preferences and dietary requirements.
