Another Beluga Whale has died at Marineland

Yes, another Beluga Whale has died at Marineland. That makes 15 Beluga whales that have died since 2019.
That is not counting the three that died in Mystic Aquarium who arrived from Marineland with pre-existing conditions.
They still have 36 Beluga whales at Marineland.
The provinces Animal Welfare Services has been investigating Marineland for 4 years. They are being mysterious about their investigation and of course Marineland has no comment.

When will Animal Welfare Services do something? There are 15 dead Belugas and other animals. Do they plan to wait until they are all dead. 
I am beginning to think someone should investigate Animal Welfare Services. They have certainly failed to act. Off course Marineland is doing nothing. 
They are just letting the animals die one after the other.
