Coast Guard inspection of shipping containers saves a trapped dog

The US Coast Guard was randomly inspecting some shipping containers in Texas. They thought they could hear barking and scratching in a container 25 feet above the ground. Dure enough, there was a dog inside.  She had probably been in there a week. She was taken to a local shelter and has been named Connie the Container Dog. She is under weight, but she is doing okay.

How would a dog get into a container like that. A cat you could understand, they get into everything.
It is good they found her when they did. She would never have survived being shipped overseas.
She is a lucky dog.
I hope she finds the home that is just right for her.
