Vultures in South Africa receive help.
#1
VulPro has been working with vultures for years. They rehabilitate many and run a captive breeding program. Now they have relocated  a mixture of vultures to Shwamwari private game preserve. With the risks of bird flu so high, it didn't seem wise to keep all the birds in the same location.

VBulPro works to rehabilitate vultures and to rehabilitate the  public understanding of vultures.
Vultures are a critical species  for the health of an ecosystem.

It is good they are spreading the vultures out. We need many more vultures and if they have more room they will be able to multiply.
We need to have programs like this to help vultures everywhere.
