CEO caught on video kicking dog

There is no doubt that he did it. There was a camera in the elevator! Who doesn't know about surveillance cameras.

The important thing here is the power of the internet and animal lovers to effect change. The company was swift to respond. They were in danger of a major boycott.

No one gets to abuse an animal without consequences.
All the petitions we sign and stories we post do have and effect. With the click of a mouse, animal lovers around the world can join forces to protect animals.

Such a horrible thing.
You are so right about us all having the influence to affect situations like this all over the world. That is one of the most positive things about the internet. Everything can work very quickly, and peoples' signatures can change laws and attitudes quite rapidly.

We don't have to be an organized group. We just have to have a common cause. We send information about animals around the world and we know that other animal lovers will join in. There doesn't have to be a leader. We are all part of the response to an issue. The internet is powerful and it gives power to individuals when they share a cause.
This may be the best thing that has ever happened to animals. When we see something bad, like the elevator incident, we can all respond and be heard.
