Co-parenting cats

The Tiny Kittens Society of BC trapped and rescued a number of feral cats last month. It was clear that Caspar and Edie were bonded. So they were kept together.
Edie was pregnant so they thought Caspar would be good company. When the kittens were born Caspar jumped in there and helped he with them. He is still actively looking after the kittens.

I think it is beautiful that they are so close. Caspar is a wonderful cat. He takes having kittens seriously.
I hope they can somehow stay together. I don't know if feral cats can be adopted. Whatever they do I hope itis together.
