Over a dozen puppies dumped along a country road

Someone in southern Ontario noticed puppies running along a country road. Local rescues were contacted and the puppies were gathered up.
Some may still be out there. They all were in terrible shape and are being cared for. They are probably from a puppy mill.
So the request is for information about where they are from. Also there is need of help to care for so many puppies.

We could talk about why didn't they drop the puppies at an animal shelter, but puppy mills are illegal. They would not risk being caught.
The people who put the dogs in such bad condition wouldn't care what happened to them after abandonment.
I hope someone comes forward and reports the puppy mill. There are still animals living in terrible conditions. They deserve to be rescued too. All the dogs deserve to have happy healthy lives with people who care for them. Puppy mills just exploit the dogs for money. We need to stop them.
