Two shelter workers snowed in during massive snow storm.

This was a March Michigan blizzard and it dumped 36 inches of snow. High winds blew snow against the building and blocked the doors.
Staff headed for home while they still could, all except for two people. Two people who got snowed in....on purpose so they could stay and care for the animals.

You have to admire the dedication of people who choose to stay with the animals. The staff who went home were snowed in at home and couldn't get back to the shelter. Those two dedicated people were all the animals had to care for them, feed them and let them know they were not alone. They were there and they were enough.
I hope they get special recognition for their dedication to animal care. I know it isn't much. but you have the total respect of the Animal Lovers Web Forum.
