Fixing a moose traffic jam
#1
A moose with two calves was crossing a highway in Prince George, B.C.
There was a concrete barrier in the middle of the road. The bigger calf managed to cross the barrier. The little calf couldn't do it.
Mom tried to encourage him, but it just wasn't going to happen. Traffic was piling up and the calf was in danger of getting killed.
Mom and calf had retreated to the woods by the road. People wanted to help. Finally a driver picked the calf up and carried him across the road
and released him safely where he could rejoin his mother.

The video is shows it all, The mom is worried. The baby can't get over the barrier. There is a real danger from cars trying to pass.
A big guy picked up the moose and carried it to safety.
The story ends well because someone did what needed to be done.
Technically he should have waited for professionals to come, but the calf probably would have been killed or at least separated from him mother.
Sometimes you just have to do what needs doing. Well done Duane.
