A physicist with a hamster rigged its wheel to give him data on how far and how fast it runs.
The data was surprising.

The hamster is consistent and it is fast. The hamster is also running 10K a night.
I guess I am not surprised. When I had dwarf hamsters, they would actually wear their wheels out.
So if you want a good exercise routine, get a hamster and compete with it.
