End the use of rodenticide
#1
There is a push in Ontario to end the use of rodenticides. Too many family pets have died because they ate poisoned rodents.
Poisons kill slowly and dying rodents are easy prey for a family pet.

It is not just family pets that die. Too many wildlife predators have died from rodenticides. Hawks and owls are particularly susceptible.
They just want to eat. They don't know the mouse or rats they caught is poisoned. Then they end up poisoned.
Poison is just to dangerous to use. Once it is in the environment, it just keeps on killing.
