What about the Marineland elk and deer?

Marineland closed in 2024. The bears have been moved. There is progress on moving the Beluga Whales.
What about the deer and elk?
Animal justice has been working to protect them and find out what is happening.
They can't get clear answers on how many deer and elk there are.
Permits have been issued to move them, but they are not getting answers about where they are going.
It is possible they are going for slaughter.

These deer and elk have been there for years, entertaining the public and bringing in money for Marineland.
They deserve better than this. They may not get better, but they deserve better.
