The downside of a boat, no internet, but what a view! I didn't realize that you were in down town London. That must be such an interesting experience. I am glad you are keeping warm. Sometimes a log burner is more reliable than all the technology we have. During our ice storm thousands of people lost power, many were in the cold and dark for a week. A log burner sounds much more dependable and probably easier to fix. With all the broken trees, there would be no shortage of logs.

I am glad the two Jacks are good. I guess they are a bit jumpy a breed. They are a high energy type of dog and being snappish is probably understandable. I have forgotten how old they are. Five?
