Woman filmed abusing dog on the subway.

It is good news! The dog has been rescued. At the time of the incident, the police did not have the video. The person who took the video left the train and posted the video to YouTube. Once the police viewed the video they contacted the OSPCA and action was taken.

I am relieved that the little dog is safe and free from such abuse.  Whatever her reasons for hitting the dog so will never get to do it again. The dog will end up in a safe loving home. 

The owner will be fined or worse. I hope it sends a message to people who treat small animals that way.
