Tamarind Restaurant said it "deeply regrets" that the party was turned away, calling it "unintentional."
These two sentences are inconsistent. The first sentence with the words "my restaurant" clearly indicates that the owner refused entry. The refusal was therefore not unintentional.
Even if the owner was Muslim (many Muslims, but not all, regard dogs as unclean), he cannot refuse entry to a legally registered guide dog. The law is quite clear on this.
