Pigeon racing is one of many things that has royal patronage. King Charles has been encouraged groups like PETA to end his patronage.

It is a good thing that King Charles listens to animal activists. Withdrawing support for groups that exploit animals sends a strong message about how we should treat animals. Now what about fox hunting?
