I am glad you can get back on the site. I don't know why we all have weird glitches, but that seems to be normal for the internet. 
You have to love animals and Christmas trees. The cat that brought our tree down was not even ours. He belonged to a neighbour and just came in to mooch a snack and get warm.
A few years ago my bearded dragon Jonathan(she was young then) used to run around the Christmas tree and climb all over the presents.
When I took the decorations off I found a small lizard that I did not know was out of her tank.
This year it is my visiting bunny who wants to wreck havoc. I am keeping him away from the tree, but he is eyeing it.
