33 lions are going home

This is a good news story. Thirty-three lions from circuses in South America are being sent home to Africa.
This is thanks to the efforts of Animal defenders.

These lions have never known freedom or comfort. It is the most wonderful thing that could happen to them. It is also part of the end of lions in circuses in South America.

I think we are very soon going to see an end to circus animals everywhere. The circus is no place for a beautiful animal like a lion.

I wish them well on their journey and hope life is good for them from now on.
