They have been building shelters, cat shelter boxes for the street cats in Toronto. The various rescue groups get together and build the shelters every year. I am sure that feral cats are happy to have them when the weather is cold like it is now.

Winter is hard on our pets. Think how hard it is for those that don't have homes.
