Deer cull cancelled when activists propose relocation.

There have been other relocations instead of culls. I think it was Canada Geese that were relocated. 
The thinking outside the box has to come from the animal rights activists. If there is enough negative publicity for the cull and a good solid humane solution presented, cities can be persuaded to change their minds.
