First Lady of Korea plans to end dog meat consumption

Any of these farmers could have found other income years ago. They just refuse to give up their cruel practices.
Now that change is coming, they still have time to change their ways. If they refuse, then as you say, no sympathy to them.

I do hope the Korean First Lady can make this happen. If even on country could end the dog meat trade, others would follow.
