The latest war damage has destroyed a dam and caused massive flooding. There was no warming, so many pets were trapped in the area.
Rescue groups in boats a searching the area for lost pets and bringing them to safety.

It is a never ending job to save pets in war zones. Thankfully the rescuers never give up.
