A while ago I posted about the Toronto Humane Society being part of an initiative to bring vet care to the remote northern communities.
They have done a five day visit to a community that is only accessible by small plane. They saw 238 dogs and spay/neutered 197. That is a lot of work done in the time they had.
They are a dedicated group and their work makes a tremendous difference.

I hope they can continue to send vet help to the remote communities. Vaccinating and sterilizing would make a big difference to the dog population in these remote areas.
