Yet another dog food recall

Hill's Pet Nutrition is recalling another batch of dog food because it contains excessive Vit D.
This is the same problem that cause two there recalls this year and some dog deaths.

One thing is clear, they have not done anything to fix the problem. They have not been properly testing the food. If they were doing the proper testing they said they would do, they would have caught this and stopped the food from being shipped. 
If I had a dog I would be scared to feed them Hill's dog food.
