Nowzad staff have made it to safety

I know we were all relieved that the animals made it to safety. There has still been a growing fear for the staff who had cared for those animals.  They had to be left behind at the time of the original rescue. They are now safe, with their families, in Pakistan. The whole rescue operation has been a complete success!

There were so many times it looked like the operation would fail. Getting the animals out seemed like a miracle. It really didn't look too good for the staff left behind.  I can't believe they got them all out. They are being safely cared for now where they are and they will soon be reunited with Pen Farthing in England. 
I would love to see that reunion. When they had to be left behind, there must have been a real fear that they would never be seen again.
It is good to get some good news!
