A nest of turtle eggs was laid in High Park last June. The group, the Turtle Protectors of High Park has been watching over them.
When they started to hatch the group made sure they made it across the road to Grenadier Pond. About 48hatchlings made it to the pond.

It is going to be fun to watch them grow. Fortunately they have a group of people who will watch over them.

High Park is a big park right in the city. It is amazing the wildlife that can thrive there.
The animals just need a little help from their human friends.
