How dreadfully sad that anyone could let a whole lot of animals exist in these conditions.
There are quite a few teams who assisted the ASPCA. They did a good job but it must have been harrowing. I didn't see -what were the reasons the animals were in such a bad way? Just careless neglect and heartlessness? Those poor creatures.
