Shocking dog theft

Good news. The dogs are back. We don't have all the details yet, but at least we know the dogs are safe.

I hope the identify the people who did this. It is outrageous that they would shoot a dog walker and take his dogs.
I don't know how the dogs were returned so quickly, but it is a relief that they are safe.
